Screech! My first assignment from Major League Baseball! to actually design a mascot was a real thrill for me. I remember getting the creative brief from a friend of mine who used to work with me when I was the Head Illustrator for a small NY Toy Company called “Happiness Express”.  I did several design (which I’ll post here someday). The team & MLB picked one and I did a few poses as well as 3 turn drawings for the costume maker. I can remember being super nervous watching the reveal on television!
