Ah, the book that never was. Over the years I’ve become one of the approved Illustrators for a number of Nickelodeon properties, Spongebob being one of them. A few years ago I was hired by a well known company whose name shall remain nameless to illustrate a Spongebob story book. this of course happened in 2008 at the beginning of the infamous economic “downturn”. We completed the book art and the company of course decided not to pay us and the book was not produces. What a nightmare. However, we’re very proud of the work that we did.
